A stellite tipped bandsaw integrating the advancement of tipped bandsaw technology with the development of strip steel.
The result is timber produced more economically with greater dimensional accuracy. Now using auto levelling / tensioning.

Development
When developing our new product the following factors had to be considered:
- Considerable increase in blade life between sharpening
- Better surface finish and dimensional accuracy
- Less downtime due to bandsaw blade failure

Service Life
Service life in most cases has quadrupled using Super HPG blades. Trials have recorded 40 hours cutting without blade service. The blades gave a superior finish and dimensional accuracy without deviation. However, we recommend 20 hours cutting. Best results are achieved cutting debarked timber.

Dimensional Accuracy
The accuracy of timber was checked at regular intervals and proved to be excellent up to the full period of cutting. The blade life was determined in most cases by this accuracy, but also by superior surface finish.
